You stated previously that there would be a time for a Q&A, and with the advanced released date, I'm wondering when that time will be.
Clearly, a Q&A after the release of the game wouln't exacly be the same. Well, it certainly would no longer be for players to ask what BG3 will be, what features the game will have, how it will handle this or that thing, etc. Which is
A recent thread made me think that such a Q&A might, perhaps, possibly, potentially, be planned for during the Panel From Hell 8. After all, a mini-Q&A took place during Panel From Hell 3, with Swen taking questions from the chat (Twitch chat, if I remember correctly).
Chats during live-streams that have more than 25-50 participants are an unsightly, fast-scrolling stream of letters and words (and even sentences, on occasions). They are overall not convenient for a meaningful interaction with the audience. Assuredly, they would be ill-suited for a Q&A. Swen himself commented in that direction when he tried to take questions from the chat last time.
So I'm hoping that the Q&A will not be during the next Panel From Hell. A later date, in July, would probably more appropriate. And, obviously, with a format that is not a live-stream chat.
So, what are your plans for the Q&A, in terms both of date and format ?
