Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General 72-hour Early Access for New PC Release (Aug 3, 2023)?

Are PC players still getting the 72-hour Early Access with the new earlier PC release of August 3, 2023? So we would be able to start playing the version 1.0 of Act 1 on July 31, 2023?

I know it has been said that those who preorder get the 72-hour Early Access release but that was before the latest update of Aug. 3, '23 PC release date. The Steam News mentioned the early release for PS5 but not for the PC I don't think.

I have to consider what mods I want to wait for to update (so no hurry).

Now larian updated Feats, that changes things, and I am playing vanilla race and class.


Probably cosmetic mods, and possibly spell mods if they omit any important spells.
