Not yet, but I can't see why would they not implement it!
By the same argument, there is no reason for it not to be in early access.
Apart from optional rule is optional, and Larian have decided not to take up that option.
If it’s not in the game officially, it’s an easy mod to make (such mods already exist and only need to be updated for compatibility), so it’s a moot point, right?
