The implication from the video does seem to be that the Dragonborn serial killer is going to be the last origin character. I wonder how all the Astarion haters will take that. I'm guessing this is the origin character for, and parodying, a Murder-Hobo PC.
To me, it seemed more like they were showing the beginnings of a cult. Personally, I don't think that the Dragonborn will be our last origin character.
An entirely new Origin awaits. A new way of playing.
This in the video description is the implication. But yes it could be just a character who is in this Dragonborn's cult. or completely unrelated, we'll know soon enough.
I got a real sense of deja vu with the top hatted character. Have we seen something like that before? Also I'd like to point out that the animal on his top hat is clearly a snake, when it was described earlier as a aquatic animal and some feathered wings.
