But I think that having the serial killer as an Origin character in the party would maybe be a bit controversial.

This is a very wild theory again, but could it be that, if the Dragonborn is indeed the missing origin character, that this is a character for players who want to play solo? Maybe even as an antagonist to the party?
This would definitely be a new way of playing.

The final illustration looks as if the top-hat guy is coming out of the dragonborn, or manipulating him - maybe you get to play as The Absolute, puppeteering a body and playing against the party.

Or, maybe, there are two Origin characters -the Helia that was announced and this other one, that would change the way the game is played.

Intriguing either way.
