"A new way of playing" has me intrigued. I wonder if this dragonborn was being manipulated/controlled to commit the murders and is now in hiding. If you recruit him, maybe you need to clear his name while avoiding detection.
Really funny because one of the players in my TT game recently had a dragonborn sorcerer who was on the run for a crime he didn't commit and had to do the same thing.
