My gloomstalker will get Sharpshooter and my fighter great weapon master.
I havent decided about my wizard.. maybe Alert. Or Warcaster to protect concentration.
For my cleric..yes protect concentration.
I suspect playing Hardcore the AI may try to break concentration more...so that might be more important to protect.
