I wonder if you can still pick any background with Dark Urge. In addition, is Dark Urge limited to Baldur's Gate background or can you be born in the Underdark as a drow and etc. I assume it is the latter as I did catch the dragonborn from the stream has some murky memories from a tribal past. But I am making assumptions.

If that is the case, I can definitely see layer upon layer of a complicated 'monstrous' character.
