before I choose it, I would really like to know if it causes any restrictions on your choices that a normal custom character wouldn't have.

Like, does the urge to kill lock you off from branching path decisions, romances, etc

I heard there were spoilers in the video explaining all the changes so I don't want to watch it to get these answers. I hope there aren't any, because I'd like to try the Dark Urge origin as a paladin, and if it forces you to murder people or act evil then it's an immediate non-starter.
