Considering english isn't his native language, I would put that mistake on the count of the language barrier.

I don't understand? Does the multiplayer mode have a limit of players? If we have a party of 4 then I would expect to be able to play with a full party of four people. He possibly ment "four friends can enjoy this game".

That is why Rag said that Swen misspoke. He meant four, but he technically said five.

"up to four people" is obviously what he meant, but yes, it was an error.

Maybe he just assumes everyone likes themselves and is their own friend? If so, he should come visit the U.S. that will fix that confusion real quick.
