Swen was there as Dark Urge, with Shadowheart in party and he said specificly that his companions follow Evil path.
Adam (i think?) was there as Evil Shadowheart.

So, nothing changed really.

What happened is that the Doctor (that weirdo with mechanical hands) was missing in Swens game, and he clearly didnt want to go to product presentation with "well there is supposed to be a character there, but he is missing due to some bug, so just imagine him being there".

Im actually with N7 on this one. I think it was a spoiler for a different story route.

I don't think you are correct. Swen specifically wanted to cut out of that scene asap so as not to show something for spoiler reasons. It was not related to a missing character or anything of the sort. That scene was going to play in a different way and lead to a different outcome.

( Wich alone is kinda funny ... at this time i have seen whole PFH like five times, by pieces. )

And maybe you are right!
Swen states he recreated his save by "cheating" ... so probably some reaction was either missing, or different. :-/

I think he even mentioned the his dialogue was desynched a bit so hopefully the players didn't hear the spoiler.
