Any update on this? I am really hoping they are going to have rolling for stats built into the game; sure there will likely be mods but it would be nice to know for sure what to expect for 1.0 and not have to wait to find out. Thanks!
Doesn't look like it but yevery race can do a +2 asi. So any race can be viable as any class
