I'm pretty sure the githyanki creche will be situated in an abandoned temple to Lanthander. That's probably where she got the buff, I don't think it's related to her character. You can see what's likely the temple in the recent teaser trailer Here. There are other glimpses of inside the temple from previous trailers this year but I'm too lazy too go find them.
