I'm pretty sure, you will have to fight the surgeon and his nurses, If you are not Sharran and managing some high persuasion roles. And the surgeon has something to do with Ketheric Thom, his last name is Thom too, so probably story relevant.

And don't get me wrong, I dig the hospital scene, everything was deliciously creepy and horrifying, but I wonder how people clutch pearls over a consensual sex scene between adults, but seeing an innocent man getting slaughtered in the most painful way on an operation table is totally shiny - or Killing children on that matter. Maybe some people should revaluate their moral codes a bit.

And another thing, I found funny was, that they teamed Halsin with Astarion in THAT scene, since I suspect those two to not really getting along as companions. I would say, the only companion, that is less likely to be in a romance with Halsin, is Minthara, because she will be dead and Halsin probably helped in that 😂
