I haven't noticed, do you have a link? But regardless, it is not really an issue. These are events you can avoid and still have a romance and marriage with the character if you wish. You can persuade every companion to alter their path in some capacity...you can corrupt them to evil or guide them down a better path if you play your cards right.

I think that you are overthinking what the OP wrote. His questions are meant to be for fun. He's asking, out of all the confirmed romance companions, which one of your companions is more likely to sacrifice you in a sex ritual, turn you into a vampire and who would you marry. It's just for fun.
