DAD's right about having many many points to define the stats of the character that we want to build. that way, kiya's dream of having well-defined gender-based character ca ncome true. but then if we look at it numerically, male or female won't mean anything other than cosmetics for the stats.

this reminds of character creation in fallout tactics: BOS. create a totally new character, give it a gender then assign points to the stats then pick a trait &/or perk or two then u got yourself an avatar.

has anyone play freedom force? it's an interesting RPG-like game. the way u create your heroes give them more personality, such as psychologically weak which means vulnerable to psychic attacks or tend to chicken out when the fighting gets tough, glass bones which means imunity to electrical attack yet vulnerable to melee attack, & the list goes on. when u introduce weakness, u get extra points to spend. some abilities/traits/perks will cost huge amount of points. in the end, no two characters are the same.

2 cents for foreign exchange.
