Absolutely none of those affect me except for the spell unlocks.
I'm not being forced to do any of those things so they don't concern me. I'll have to see how the spell unlocks go, if they're unbalancing I just won't multi-class two spell casting classes (which I rarely do because multiple spell classes in 5e don't work very well unless you're just dipping)
