The dump stats for such build will most likely be Dexterity and Constitution. CON because you can start as a barbarian and have as much HP with 8 CON the rogue has with 14. Dexterity, because heavy armor is a thing.

I would dump Int, since only one caster level will be using it. Just pick utility spells for your wizard level so the -1 doesn't affect anything.

As long as Half-Elf has their standard stat option, these would be my suggested stats :

Str/Dex 16/8
you can swap those as desired. You can't rage and cast spells at the same time anyway so STR isn't really required to be viable offensively. Monk will only get you 16 AC though, so STR may be better defensively. On the other hand, Dex saves are far more deadly and common, so if you aren't planning on being on the frontline, it is probably better to go with Dex and a Bow.
