I get there would be changes bug a big story change like that on something that has been there since the beginning with no warnings just sucks.
I don't have any issues on what I have played through in EA. It's according to the mod The Red Queen they are drastically changing that character. Taking them in a new direction that I find disappointing,
I like the whole seductress in your head bit and think a boring "protector" is just well boring
Why does it suck? Larian has been iterating the story throughout the development process.
