But for Tav we have anyhow nothing when it comes to content. It look very much like DOS2 you get punished by being completely neglected by Larian since you ignore their characters. With the Urge - well its a designated murderhobbo and its fine, its made for people who want that, but I seriously doubt there is a lot of content if you ignore the urges.

Now the tadpole remains the only thing for those who don't want to do the Larian path... and sorry, if I have a creature trying to take control over me and I'm not a power hungry maniac I'm not keep attaching more of those things to my brain. How the hell do most of your companions agree to this BS in the first place? I know Astarion is fine with it because he is desperately looking for power, but the others? Already in EA that meant that you never meet that 'Desire' or get any reaction for doing it. Let's he how much we get in the full game or if it continues like that...
That's what different playthroughs are for. One time you play good, the next time evil, another time you can mess with something in the middle, etc. But it's not like if you play good you get screwed. If you play evil more companions will leave you or will die, etc. but you'll have more personal power while if you play good you'll have more companions and allies to help you out of difficult situations that you wouldn't have if you played evil.
