Oh boy, humans get a whopping +20 carry weight in a game where carry weight is useless. Try not to spend all that carry weight in one place bucko.
Don't forget the proficiency with polearms and light armor... both of which are utterly useless to anyone playing a martial class. Sorry, but that's not going to cut it.
