As people have said, we're still waiting on clarity from Larian about release dates for various platforms so best to wait for that.
I think your question about children has already been answered, but just in case I will add my view that this is not a game that I'd consider suitable for children even independently of any sex or nudity. Of course, all children (and parents) differ. But at the very least I would recommend playing the game yourself and making your own mind up about whether it is suitable for the specific children you have in mind.
