You have to A) Expose Dr. Elrath
or B)Destry the Orc camp - see Commander Ralph.
Passive skills - skills that are always there, you do not have to right click with your mouse to use them...does that make sence?
You can't turn into a chicken. You can however, turn into a cat, spider, frog or beetle, but you need a statue to do that. The wizard in the market area (Ars Magicana or whatever) sells them sometimes. Sometime you can find creatures that drop them....
