How the heck to find out whether I have a SSD or not? Sorry if that's a noob question but I'm not exactly tech-savvy...
I will assume you got a prebuilt pc, go to your C: folder, right click -> Properties and go to the tab Hardware. Copy the model and throw on google it should reveal if its an SSD or not.
Alternatively you can type
Device Manager in the Windows Search field beside the Windows button on the bottom left of your screen.
Double click on Disk Drives.
You should see your disk drive displayed.
For example : INTEL
SSDPEKNW512GB
If you see the letters SSD you have a solid state drive.
If you see the letters HDD you have a hard disk drive and may need to update.
