Since it looks like Larian is going down the DnD one path...

A human would get +2/+1 floating to stats, all races do

the racials humans get is
Humans gain inspiration after a long rest
Humans gain proficiency in one skill of choice
Humans gain a 1st level feat, important to note a 1st level feat is generally much weaker then later feats...
