That "This is a very real actual in-game screenshot" should be perceived as a sarcasm. None of tooltips with that phrase are very accurate.
Given how sloppy the languge is, I certainly hope so. Although coming from Larian and their sense of humour, nothing would surprise me, and they could totally have added this on the showcase build of the game.
