Hardly need spoiler tags tbh. Going by items in PnP, BG1&2 and Solasta, none of these items surprise me in the least. In fact some of them are a homage, such as Gloves of dexterity from BG1&2.
Don't get me wrong, they're all cool. I just won't be surprised if we discover a Staff of the woodlands, or Cloak of the bat.
Now the 9, and only 9 legendary items. That's interesting. Here's my wild speculation:
1, Holy avenger sword, pal
2, Staff of the Magi, wiz/sorc/war
3, Belt of Storm Giant Strength, any
4, Vorpal weapon, any melee
5, Ring of three wishes, any
6, Deck of many things, anyone foolish
7, Sphere of Annihilation, any spellcaster
8, Well of many worlds, any
9, Ollamh harp, bard
