Larians don't do dlc usually.
Thats not entirely true ...
Since DLC is defacto any downloadable content released post-release ... and they did several small free updates for divinity games as far as i heared ... that counts as DLC.
Also even if they dont ... someone will.
Im affraid (or hopefull, depends on point of view) that this game is too big and too easy cashgrab for WotC to leave be.
Larian are just developers ... ot would be nice if they would continue, since thematic vision would remain intact ... but developers can be changed easily ... sometimes even several times during process (looking at you, Bloodlines 2).
