I'm really, really not talented at finding old posts, but if someone's able to dig up Niara's focused feedback on the Minthara scene, I believe she points out either specifically what the M/F PC differences are, or if there are no differences.
Of course, that was years ago, and it may well have changed in EA since then, and all bets are off re 1.0 anyway.
OP, if this is something that could be unpleasantly jarring, once the game's released it could be worthwhile to ask if someone could get that information for you. Unless there are huge changes from EA, one can play to the first place (as far as we know) sex scenes are available in just 3 or 4 hours, and I'm sure >0 people would be happy to.
