To me the Dragonborn looks good, but I think they made them to have human mannerisms instead of completely alien ones. It ends up looking like a beautiful rubber suit with a human inside.
As for racial I think both Dragonborn and Humans needs improvement. +1 natural armor maybe for the lizard folks.
