That said, I won't be surprised or even upset if BG3 doesn't respect all the possible ways our BG1&2 playthroughs went.
My "canon" Gorion's Ward romanced Xan, and I fully intend to create their daughter as one of my Tavs. The game is in no way going to acknowledge these things - obviously - but I have grown very good at self-delusion and rewriting scenes in my head as they play out!
