Totally fine topic to bring up, and I'm not intending to close it. It just felt a bit overexcited and scathing of people not here to fight for themselves (or possibly just too scared to stand up given all the accusations of stupidity) so my natural sense of justice meant I felt I had to step in and ask for calm on their behalf!

And yes, I'd suggest we don't start trying to correct each others' spelling or grammar as that would quickly spiral out of control. This is a multilingual community chatting informally and we're not going to impose proof-reading standards. I know I'd fall afoul of those immediately as I rarely look back at a post of mine without spotting a typo or poor writing of some kind.

As long as we can understand each other that's fine, and if we can't we can easily ask for clarification.
