So...do we actually have a year DR to BG3? Are we post spellplague? Did not even think about it. Elturels fall to hell is in the past but i forgot if it was pre or post. Having spellscars...nice idea but maybe a bit overboard. Gotta google the timeline...
We're in ... I can never remember. 1493DR, maybe? There or thereabouts anyway,. So definitely long after Spellplague and a decade or so after the Second Sundering, whose ramifications are presumably still being felt, as well as those of the events in Elturel from Descent to Avernus which I think concluded at most a few months before the start of the game.
