Unless Larian can be convinced to go back to the original racial ASI or add an option to do so, humans are now utter trash as Rag has stated.
I just hope a mod gets released very soon to fix the hot mess and restore the original racial ASI. I'd prefer if Larian did it, but that seems unlikely.
