Tiefling children steal and cheat, and yet there is no way to punish them, so much so that I often see people ask, "Why can't we kill children?"
You don't like children? What a horrible thought wanting to kill children just because they are naughty. Children are never evil, sometimes misdirected or in need of love. Please go see a therapist
