I really hate how the animals speak. And that's why I get FOMO of what could otherwise be a really cool feature. I can't stand it because they just couldn't resist turning simple communication into a Disney cartoon. The spell does not turn the animals more intelligent and able to speak in eloquent sentences. The communication should be much more basic. But Larian had to take it too far and humanize the animals.
