I had a quick look through some of the faces when I had the opportunity to play the full game for a while in Ghent on 7 July and there seemed to be a few new ones added at least for some races, though not many (aging and other sliders will no doubt help increase our options).
I’m afraid I didn’t check human males, but iirc there was one additional human female head that I think would work well for a SE-Asian-looking character so perhaps that’s a hopeful sign?
And as others have said, mods can really help here if you can’t find a face you like for a character.
