I will make a solo playthrough where I kill everyone when it is conveniant, and increase my power as far as I can with their tadpoles.

It will be a Gloomstalker 8/ Assassin 4, and Deep Gnome, probably.
I think that combines very nicely with the invisibility you get after killing from the DU exclusive item.

Basically a stealth playthrough
