I doubt your Tav will be dissapointed. There is however, exactly *what* you roll. I suspect a Tavric of Selune, Shar or Bhaal will have more relevance to the main plot than say, a Tavric of Clangeddin or Beshaba.
By the same token, a Tavbard will unlock a bunch of dialogue options through skill checks, where a Tavranger can talk with animals. So they'll have more content in a sense, than say, a Tavbarian. But that's how it should be. A bard talks his way out of things, a Barbie parks his steel in things. Regardless, I still think none of your Tavs will be shy on content, and every new Tav will be a new experience.
