For me, I played for an hour or so without even noticing that there's a tutorial. It was hidden within the Journal, which I also didn't notice. I really hope there's a better tutorial, because even if you (think you) know how to play based on prior knowledge, that doesn't mean you know how to play the game. I'd prefer a session 0 style tutorial or maybe turn the entire ship into a tutorial walkthrough.
