I hadn't thought of this - but hopefully the "who do you dream of?" character is Tav specific. That would be nice if not even Dark Urge got that interaction. My assumption was all characters would be able to create this character - but that would be a great way to make Tav unique.

Since the tadpole is not Tav specific and Tav was never presented as an origin of its own with story (compare it to how we were introduced to all companions and even more specifically to the Dark Urge origin) I don't think that part is related to Tav at all. Maybe, but at least Durge has it as we have seen in footage.
