It looks like it’s going to need to be setting up multiplayer games by yourself still.
A bit disappointing, but I’ll live.
I’m actually looking forward to the companions in this game more than I thought I would, so I probably won’t spend as much time with full custom parties as I thought I would. Maybe by the time I’m ready to go 4 Tavs walk into a Nautiloid Larian will have patched in a proper way to do this.
Yes, it is not a big problem (though I am still very annoyed you can change the class but not race of origin characters). It is not something I would do on a first playthrough, but I think it would be fun to do themed playthroughs. DnD characters, fictional characters, real life friends...
Maybe they add it eventually, you are right...
