If such thing get implemented i hope it will be possible to disable it tho ...
The only game i know that tryed something simmilar is Dragon Age ... it was source of big ampunt of frustration for me.

How so?
Well ofc the standard movement should not be removed. I would like to play with pad when i sit on the couch but at the PC there has to be the acutal mouse usuage :D---Also only implementing the movement is not enough...character and skill selection, targeting etc has to work too. Otherwise its just lacklustern anyway.
