Light armor proficiency seems pretty mediocre. Maybe the itemization will convince me otherwise post August 3 but... Mage armor is equivalent to studded leather +1, and any class that doesn't already have light armor proficiency probably does have a way to obtain mage armor.

Persuasion proficiency on the other hand might be useful in some cases. It would allow a human warlock to get proficiency in all of the talky skills without taking beguiling influences (and if you are human you NEED that second level two invocation for devil sight anyway).

Still not a good loadout for humans. No reason to pick them aside from aesthetics.
