OP here personally I dump Intelligence, since only 2 classes uses it as their main stat and one of those 2 classes aren't even in BG3.

Thankfully I prefer to play a Wizard to keep you from accidentally eating poison or strangling yourself with your own underwear while trying to put them on (I have to keep reminding you to stop trying to put them on over the head style....sigh)
The smartest stat to dump is Strength since you can just use a potion. You would know that if you hadn't dumped Intelligence :P
