Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Suggestions & Feedback No face sliders, but we get genital customization? What BS is that?

I’m kind of hoping they continue to add cosmetic things like faces, hairstyles, body types, and armors to the game post-launch, either for free or as DLC (I know Larian doesn’t typically do DLC but maybe things will be different with BG3 given how massive it is). Would be great if there was a way to change your character’s appearance in the game to make use of them.
