And i have to ask ... Why? What exactly was the purpose of letting us learning for more than two years systems and rules that will never apply? O_o Many people around here spend lots of effort and energy into feedback in order to shape this so called system we got into something that will be at least "kind of" ballanced and working ... result, is not ideal, but certainly a lot better than what we started with ... now when we are right before finish line, Larian just take it all ... and thow it away? :-/
I don't feel like the effort has been wasted or that what was achieved has been thrown away, the game made a lot of changes during EA that definitely changed the game for the better: cantrips no longer creating surfaces, high ground rule changes, proper reaction system, tons of bug fixes, etc.
I also don't like and find puzzling many of the recent changes we've seen, but I think that the EA period had real purpose and made BG3 a better game.
