I have two reactions for those people who im not quoting, since there is several of them, all making same point ... so im answering them all ... decide for yourself if you are one of them, im not going to.

What is truly detrimental to any project, is too many cooks in the kitchen. They cannot possibly adhere to every player's taste and decisions need to be made - what one finds awesome, the another might hate. Going down the middle will oftentimes please no one, so you end up displeasing some on certain issues. Yeah, that happens.
I swear its not personal, but once again i cant agree with you.
There is system A ... that was tested, people are +/- satisfied with it, and helped shape it.
There is system B ... that was never tested, nor even properly presented, nobody really knows what is hiding there except developers and few small leaks, so nobody except them really knows what to expect.
Easy solution: Just dont remove what is allready implemented.
Bcs that is the worse part, it dont require almost any additional work, bcs we allready have it.
