Getting this occasionally myself, except for me it's not 100%ing my SSD but rather my CPU. No apparent reason, either, it's just... spiking at random. This last time was when I clicked on the plaque in the bandit area and walked a couple of feet. Nothing seemed to load/need to load, and just 100% and lockup for ~5 seconds. Hrm.
