I have this awesome marinade for shrimp...
A orange, ginger, spicy kinda marinade.
Then you BBQ them on a squewer...mmmmmmm....

I should post the receipe, it's easy, and tastes wonderful!

Spicy Marmalade (y)

Grilled Shrimp(o)'s sounds good (y) . They taste better when you roast them while they're still alive . Be sure that they have their skin/shield still on sho it is getting really hot inside <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif" alt="" />

And to be sure that the shimp(o) doens't fall into the fire you have to pierce them from one end to the other (while they're still alive of course) .

I think I really need to get specialised in making delicious shrimp(o) food <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

I have never cooked them live...poor little things....

butterflied with big chunks of garlic and butter sauce... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />
leave em in the shell till their done, juicier that way.! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
and they don't take long either!
just head them and throw tails,
into "salty water" sea water is best if your near any!.
soon as water boils, toss em in.....cook till they start floating,
and are all nice and red <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
to peel.....
the fast way,
take first two shell coverings off closest to head, tear off the feet alltogether, and squeeze the tail just above the flat part
they'll come shooting out every time!
That way you can gobble down more than your friends,
because in the prawn eating game.......quickness counts!!
